This bonus presentation is independently organized and not an official part of Psychopharmacology Update 2025. CME/CE credit is not provided for this session.
MedscapeLIVE! provides a standard audio/visual package for each Industry Expert Session which includes a screen, projector, laptop, microphone, podium, and confidence monitor.
All food functions are provided by MedscapeLIVE! and are not provided by any sponsor or supporter. There should be no mention of food or beverages on invitations or promotional items for Industry Expert Sessions. MedscapeLIVE! will not provide food and beverage receipts, as these items are not provided by the sponsors. Because all food is included in the attendee registration fee, it is not reportable.
Due to high demand and limited time slots for Industry Expert Sessions, sponsorships are considered non-cancellable after the established deadline. NOTE: This policy also applies to all other sponsorships outlined in the prospectus including, but not limited to, Wi-Fi sponsorship, conference branding, hotel branding, etc.
Cancellation Policy
Should Company cancel more than 90 days in advance of the first day of the conference, Company is liable for 50% of the fee. Should cancellation occur inside of 90 days of the first day of the conference, then Company is responsible for 100% of the fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to MedscapeLIVE!
Code of Conduct
This code of conduct applies to all event attendees and participants, including all members, speakers, vendors, media representatives, commentators, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and volunteers. This Code of Conduct is a mandatory requirement in order to attend or participate in this event.
