Psychopharmacology Update Resident Program
Initial Application Period: November 10, 2025 - August 1, 2026
We are inviting psychiatry residents from US programs to participate and attend the 25th Annual Psychopharmacology Update, October 23-24, 2026, at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Psychopharmacology Update Resident Program Grant Outline
- MedscapeLIVE! will provide you with a complimentary registration to the conference taking place October 23-24, 2026 at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. Daily scan-in and attendance is required
- Meals are provided as indicated on the program agenda
- MedscapeLIVE! will cover up to two (2) nights hotel stay at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati between Thursday, October 22 to Saturday, October 24. Please indicate your check-in/out dates on the application form
Qualifications
- Residency must be in the US
- In good standing with their program, must provide verification letter. Badge photos will not be allowed or accepted.
Resident’s Commitment
You are required to participate in all general sessions and workshops designated for residents beginning Friday, October 23 through Saturday, October 24. Upon check-in to the conference, you will receive information on required sessions and will be scanned into all sessions to verify attendance.
Failure to meet the full attendance requirement as stated above will result in forfeiture of your registration, reimbursement to MedscapeLIVE! for your hotel room costs, and disqualification for all conference awards and prizes.
Selection Criteria
Following the application deadline, all materials will be submitted to a committee for review and selection. Demographic information will not be considered in the selection process. Data points are voluntarily being collected by MedscapeLIVE! to monitor diversity at our conference, to ensure outreach and audience engagement efforts and to effectively meet company goals focused on creating an equitable space for all attendees. In our efforts to be equitable and inclusive, MedscapeLIVE! strives to ensure each applicant is not only welcome to apply, but also feels safe and protected when disclosing this information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CANCELLATION: You must cancel by September 1, 2026. If you cancel after Monday, September 1 you will be responsible for a $250 per night charge to offset your hotel room costs.
Initial Application Deadline: August 1, 2026. All applicants will be notified by August 8, 2026.

Please note: Failure to comply with the requirements or fulfill expectations of any previous Resident and Fellow Scholarship Programs may result in disqualification from consideration for future scholarship opportunities or participation in subsequent Resident Programs.
